Policy regarding the processing of personal data

This Personal Data Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Privacy Policy”) applies to personal data received by Individual Entrepreneur Natalya Vladimirovna Sokolova (OGRNIP: 318100100022380, INN: 100201277005, hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”) from persons visiting the Internet resource at the address: www.sokolovaworld.com (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) and those using its services, programs and information products.

The use of the services of the Internet resource at the address: www.sokolovaworld.com by the User means the User’s unconditional consent to the provisions of this Privacy Policy and the conditions for processing his personal data specified therein.

In case of disagreement with these terms, the User must abstain and/or stop using the Site and its services.



1. DEFINITIONS AND TERMS

1.1. The following definitions and terms are used in this Privacy Policy:

1.1.1. “Site Administration” – authorized employees to manage the website www.sokolovaworld.com, acting in the interests of the Operator, who organize and (or) process the User’s personal data.

1.1.2. “Personal data” – any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable individual (subject of personal data) to the User.

1.1.3. “Processing of personal data” – any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed using automation tools or without the use of such means with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.

1.1.4. “Operator” – individual entrepreneur Natalya Vladimirovna Sokolova, (OGRNIP: 318100100022380, INN: 100201277005) independently or jointly with other persons organizing and (or) carrying out the processing of personal data, as well as determining the purposes of processing personal data, the composition of personal data to be processed, actions (operations) performed with personal data.

1.1.5. “Confidentiality of personal data” is a mandatory requirement for the Operator or other person who has access to personal data to not allow their distribution without the consent of the subject of personal data or the presence of another legal basis.

1.1.6. “User” is a person who has access to the Site through the Internet information and telecommunications network and uses the Site, or a person who collectively has access to the Site through the Internet information and telecommunications network and uses the Site and/or acquires access to the closed part of the Site/purchases an information product .

1.1.7. “Site” is an Internet resource located at the address: www.sokolovaworld.com on the Internet information and telecommunications network, including, but not limited to, pages, services, programs and information products.

1.1.8. “Cookies” are a small piece of data sent by a web server and stored on the User’s computer, which a web client or web browser sends to the web server every time in an HTTP request when trying to open a page of the corresponding site.

1.1.9. “IP address” is a unique network address of a node in a computer network built using the IP protocol.

1.2. Definitions and terms not reflected in clause 1 of section 1 of this Privacy Policy are understood in the meaning in which they are specified in the Federal Law “On Personal Data” dated July 27, 2006 N 152-FZ.



2. GENERAL PROVISIONS

2.1. The User’s use of the Site means the User’s unconditional consent to the provisions of this Privacy Policy and the conditions for processing his personal data specified therein.

2.2. In case of disagreement with the terms of the Privacy Policy, the User must immediately stop using the Site

2.3. If the User withdraws consent to the processing of personal data, the Operator has the right to continue processing personal data without the User’s consent if there are grounds specified in the Federal Law “On Personal Data” dated July 27, 2006 N 152-FZ.

2.4. This Privacy Policy applies only to the Site. The Operator does not control and is not responsible for third party sites that the User can access via links available on the Site.

2.5. The site administration does not verify the accuracy of the personal data provided by the User. In this case, the Administration assumes that the User provides reliable and sufficient personal data and keeps it up to date. Persons who transmit false information about themselves or information about another subject of personal data without the latter’s consent are liable in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

2.6. The legal basis for the processing of personal data of Users by the Site Administration is the Federal Law “On Personal Data” dated July 27, 2006 N 152-FZ (hereinafter referred to as the “Law”).



3. SCOPE OF THE PRIVACY POLICY

3.1. This Privacy Policy establishes obligations for non-disclosure and ensuring the protection of personal data that the User provides to the Operator when registering on the Site and (or) when placing an order to purchase access to an information product.

3.2. The user confirms the decision to provide personal data and expresses consent to their processing, as well as performing other actions provided for in paragraph 3 of article 3 of the Federal Law “On Personal Data” dated July 27, 2006 N 152-FZ.

3.3. Personal data permitted for processing under this Privacy Policy is provided by the User by filling out a form on the Site in the payment section (for each hotel information product) and includes the following information:

3.3.1. last name, first name, patronymic of the User;

3.3.2. User's contact phone number;

3.2.3. email address (e-mail), User name (nick) on Instagram and Telegram.

3.3.4. Images of the User's account/s in the Internet information and telecommunications network on any information platforms and resources, as a photograph of the User (avatar).

3.4. The site protects Data that is automatically transmitted during viewing of advertising blocks and when visiting pages on which the statistical script of the pixel system is installed:

• IP address;

• information from cookies;

• information about the browser (or other program that provides access to display advertising);

• access time;

• address of the page on which the advertising unit is located;

• referrer (address of the previous page).

3.4.1. Disabling cookies may result in the inability to access parts of the Site that require authorization.

3.4.2. The Operator has the right to collect statistics about the IP addresses of Users. This information is used to identify and solve technical problems and to monitor the legality of financial payments.



4. PURPOSES OF COLLECTING USER’S PERSONAL DATA

4.1. The Site Administration and Operator may use the User’s personal data for the following purposes:

4.1.1. Identification of the User registered on the Site for placing an order and (or) concluding an offer agreement for the provision of information services, an offer agreement.

4.1.2. Establishing feedback with the User, including sending notifications, requests regarding the use of the Site, provision of services, processing requests and applications from the User.

4.1.3. Determining the location of the User to ensure security and prevent fraud.

4.1.4. Creating an account to provide access to a private part of the Site, if the User has agreed to create an account. The user gives his consent to create an account by self-registration on the Site, or by accepting the offer located on the Internet telecommunications network at the address: www.sokolovaworld.com

4.1.5. Notifications to the Site User about the period of access to the use of the information product.

4.1.6. Processing and receiving payments from the User.

4.1.7. Providing the User with effective customer and technical support in the event of problems related to use.

4.1.8. Providing the User, with his consent, with information about updates to the information product, special offers, pricing information, newsletters and other information on behalf of the Operator.

4.1.9. Conducting statistical and other studies based on anonymized data.

4.1.10. Improving the quality of the Site.


5. METHODS AND TERMS OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

5.1. The processing of the User's personal data is carried out indefinitely, in any legal way, including in personal data information systems using automation tools or without the use of such tools.

5.2. The Operator has the right to transfer the User’s personal data to third parties, in particular, telecommunication operators, only in the following cases:

5.2.1. The user agreed to such actions.

5.2.2. The transfer of personal data is necessary for the User to use a certain service of the Site, or to fulfill a certain agreement and (or) contract with the User, including an offer agreement.

5.3. The User's personal data may be transferred to authorized government bodies of the Russian Federation only on the grounds and in the manner established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

5.4. The site administration takes legal, organizational and technical measures to protect the User’s personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other unlawful actions of third parties.

5.5. The site administration, together with the User, takes all necessary measures to prevent losses or other negative consequences caused by the loss or disclosure of the User’s personal data.



6. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

6.1. The user is obliged:

6.1.1. Provide personal data necessary to use the Site.

6.2. The user has the right:

6.2.1. At any time, change, update, supplement personal data if they change. Such actions are carried out by sending a request to the site Administration.

6.2.2. Receive information regarding the processing of his personal data.

6.2.3. At any time, withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data. The review is made by contacting the Site Administration.

6.3. The operator is obliged:

6.3.1. Use the information received solely for the purposes specified in section 4 of this Privacy Policy.

6.3.2. Ensure that confidential information is kept secret, not disclosed without the prior written permission of the User, and also not sell, exchange, publish, or disclose in other possible ways the transferred personal data of the User.

6.3.3. Take measures to protect the confidentiality of the User’s personal data in accordance with the procedure used to protect this type of information in existing business transactions.

6.3.4. Block personal data relating to the relevant User from the moment of application or request from the User, or his legal representative, on the basis of a written notification, or on the basis of a written request from the authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects for the period of verification, in the event of detection of unreliable personal data or illegal actions.

6.3.5. Implement or ensure blocking of the User’s Personal Data if unlawful processing is detected.

6.3.6. If the User withdraws his consent to the processing of his personal data, immediately stop such processing, except for the cases specified in clause 2.3. of this Privacy Policy.

6.3.7. If the storage of Personal Data is no longer required for the purposes of their processing, the Operator is obliged to destroy such data.

6.3.8. Provide the User, at his request, with information regarding the processing of his personal data.

6.3.9. When the User contacts and provides information confirming that the Personal Data was illegally obtained or is not necessary for the stated purpose of processing, destroy such personal data.

6.4. The operator has the right:

6.4.1. The Operator has the right, without the User’s consent, to provide his personal data to authorized employees managing the website www.sokolovaworld.com, who act solely in the interests of the Operator, organize and (or) process the User’s personal data.



7. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARTIES

7.1. An operator who fails to fulfill its obligations to protect personal data is liable for losses incurred by the User in connection with the unlawful use of personal data, in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation, except for the cases provided for in clause 7.2. of this Privacy Policy.

7.2. In case of loss or disclosure of personal data, the Site Administration is not responsible if:

7.2.1. Personal data became publicly available before it was lost or disclosed.

7.2.2. Personal data was received by a third party before it was received by the Operator.

7.2.3. Personal data was obtained by a third party with the consent of the User.



8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

8.1. Before filing a claim in court regarding disputes arising from the relationship between the User and the Operator within the scope of the subject of this Privacy Policy, it is mandatory to submit a claim (a written proposal for a voluntary settlement of the dispute).

8.2. The recipient of the claim, within 30 calendar days from the date of its receipt, notifies the claimant in writing of the results of its consideration.

8.3. If an agreement is not reached, the dispute will be referred to the court in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

8.4. The current legislation of the Russian Federation applies to this Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and the Operator, including on any issues not included in this Privacy Policy.



9. ADDITIONAL TERMS

9.1. The Operator has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at its discretion.

9.2. The new Privacy Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Site, unless otherwise provided by the new edition of the Privacy Policy.

9.3. The current Privacy Policy is posted on the Website page at https://www.sokolovaworld.com/private-policy.

CONSENT to the processing of personal data

Hereby, in accordance with the Federal Law “On Personal Data” dated July 27, 2006 N 152-FZ, I give the Individual Entrepreneur Natalya Vladimirovna Sokolova, acting on the basis of OGRNIP 318100100022380, my consent to the processing of my personal data, including their collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), extraction, transfer (distribution, provision, access), use, depersonalization, blocking, destruction, that is, to perform all actions provided for in paragraph 3 of Art. 3 of the Federal Law “On Personal Data” dated July 27, 2006 N 152-FZ, including using automation tools for the purpose of registration and further identification on the Operator’s websites (www.sokolovaworld.com), establishing feedback, ensuring security, preventing fraud, confirming the accuracy and completeness of personal data, conducting statistical and other research, improving the quality of the Site, analyzing purchasing behavior, sending notifications, as well as for the purpose of providing me with commercial and informational information through various communication channels, including by email, telephone, by sending SMS, by sending messages in instant messengers and for other purposes specified in the Privacy Policy.

This consent applies to all personal data provided by me to the Operator, including:

• Full Name,

• telephone and email address (E-mail),

• postal address (if such information has been provided) for the delivery of correspondence and other items,

• images of the User’s account/s in the Internet information and telecommunications network on any information platforms and resources, as a photograph of the User (avatar),

• User name (nickname) on Instagram and Telegram.

In addition to the Operator, I authorize access to my personal data to persons providing support for the Site and the Operator’s services (exclusively to the extent necessary for such support), as well as third parties, for the purpose of fulfilling the obligations assumed by the Operator in accordance with the Privacy Policy and under the public offer agreement. This consent is valid from the day I transfer my personal data to the Operator and until the day of its withdrawal, which is sent to the Operator through the technical support service on the Site.
